The TraveArt association aims high - there will be lots of things to design, to think of, to do. Everybody is invited with his or her talents, capabilities and means, to continously become involved or to help with single tasks. To contribute to the success of the projects one does not necessarily needs to become am member.
But if you want to become officially and formally a member of the TraveArt e.V. you are very welcome!
Becoming a member
The association welcomes sustaining members. Every person and every company
or institution worldwide can become a sustaining member, as long as the
association can expect a support of its aims.
The number of full members is by constitution restricted to 11, so that
the association can keep is mobility and capability to respond quickly
to formal challenges.
Membership fee
As membership fee the association asks at least 20,- Euro per year from
its members. Despite those 20 Euros each member decides for him- or herself
whether he or she wants to give more - and how much they pay for the running
year (decided during foundation-meeting 2006). The amount of the membership
fee is determined by the full members assembly.
Entrance and exit
The application for membership has to be send to the association per post
or e-Mail (application form in download area).
The assembly of full members decides about the application on the recommendation
of the board.
The membership ends by liquidation of the company or institution or its
leaving or excludance. Single persons end their membership by leaving,
excludance or death. The leaving has to be declared in written form to
the board and is possible only until three month before a years end.
